The rest of our trip...
A few more things we did on our trip to Phoenix... We went on a little nature "hike". More like a walk actually! The boys weren't too into it but Mommy and Daddy were excited about the trails that we will be able to check out as the boys get older. Then Mommy's best friend from college, April, arrived at the resort with her family. Her son Luke is the same age as our Luke and they had the BEST time playing together. And her little girl Jill was just a doll. Hopefully they can share some of their pictures that they took. On our last day it was a bit chilly so we went to an aquarium. The last two pics are Luke W. and Luke G. getting a close up of some fish. And I can't go without mentioning that Luke accomplished another milestone - going down the water slide!!!! It took a day of just watching kids go down over and over and over but the next day he did it! Again, we could not have been more thrilled to see him take another adventurous step.

Train Park
We went to a great train park in Scottsdale while on our vacation. It was perfect for the boys! Unfortunately we didn't get any pictures of actual TRAINS, but we did ride one! Mom and Dad were absolutely THRILLED that Luke rode a horse on the carousel. Mind you, last fall we sat by a carousal for nearly half an hour trying to get Luke to ride it and he refused. So to see him take this adventurous step was a highlight of our trip! Poor Weston got stuck on the bench with Mommy and Nana. Maybe next year he can ride a horse too!

Baseball Game
Poppa and I took the boys to a spring training game today at Salt River Fields - a new park in Scottadale. We didn't last too long (Weston a bit too active and it was pretty hot) but we had a good time nevertheless.

Cousin Marisa
Luke and Wes have a new Cousin!
Marisa was born yesterday on the 10th and came in at 7 lbs, 4oz, and 19 3/4 inches. Congrats Aunt Kimberly and Uncle Jeff!

Birthday Party!
Just came across the photos I took at a little birthday playgroup we had for Luke and his friends a few weeks ago. Definitely want these on the blog! It was held for Luke, Charlie and Briggs who all had February birthdays. It was a fun get together for the boys and all their brothers!
