Luke's First Cubs Game

We took Lukudome to his first Cubs game on Friday. We all had a really good time, although Luke wasn't too impressed with the Wrigley hot dogs. It's probably an acquired taste. The Cubs stayed hot, winning 7-4, and Kerry Wood got the save. Go Cubs!

Dress Up Day

I had to dress up for work on Wednesday (a very rare occasion), so Lucas decided he would do the same. If only I could wear a silk-screened tie-shirt instead of a noose around my neck...

Luke was very excited to meet Missy and spend the day working in yard with her and Poppa Rip. We are all pretty wiped out and will head to bed early so we can start again at the crack of dawn...

Happy Mother's Day!

We spent Mother's Day at Great Grandma's house and had a really good time. Luke was dressed for the occasion in his new panda outfit and was a complete jewel, as his Great Aunt Karen would put it. He also met his Great-Great Uncle Louis and Great-Great Aunt Evelyn for the first time.

Happy 3 Months to Me!

Today Lucas is 3 months old! We are all so excited... According to what we've been told, we've made it through the toughest part. Woo hoo!

Thumbs Up!

It's official - Luke is a thumb sucker! I'm not looking forward to breaking the habit in the future, but it's GREAT right now because he can soothe himself. Yea!
