Luke and I had a blast playing in the snow today. We wanted to build a snowman but the snow was too powdery. So, I got him to warm up to the sled. We took turns sliding down the hill in the back yard. I think he's the only little boy on the face of the earth that says "GO SLOWLY, NOT FAST!!!!". Then we had a snowball fight. He had a little TOO much fun throwing snow at mommy. And finally we made snow angels. After all the fun I gave him hot cocoa for the first time. I'll have to buy some marshmallows for him!

Puff Daddy Weston

Yea! My first post with a video taken from our new flip video camera! Weston ate puffs for the first time yesterday and made some great faces. Check it out!

Weston is 6 Months Old???!!!

Believe it or not, Weston has reached a huge milestone - half a year old! We are enjoying these "glory days" of babyhood where there is a schedule, lots of sleep, and immobility! He continues to be the happiest baby on the block. It's hilarious to watch him smile away as Luke is throwing one of his epic tantrums (like this morning). Weston gets such a kick out of him! We went to doc this morning and his stats are: height: 27.5" (85%) and weight: 17 lbs. 12oz. (57%). Doing great! Thought I'd post of picture of him mad as it is such a rare occurrence.

Jayhawk Fever

Now that the holidays are over, we are so thankful we have Jayhawk basketball to get us through these long winters. Weston and Luke are turning into dedicated fans... Very focused on the game as you will see below.

Toesies

Weston has discovered his toes and oh does he love to put them in his mouth! I've started leaving his socks off so he can play with them. It's so cute!!!!

Brotherly Love

Luke and Weston are really starting to have fun together. While I was getting dressed this morning Luke ran downstairs and got some toys for Weston to play with since he didn't have any. It was so sweet. Then they were playing together in the basement and Luke asked me to leave. He always does this when he's playing with someone he really likes and wants all their attention. He's also learned how to climb into the crib! While I don't condone this behavior, I couldn't resist taking these pics - such a precious moment! Although Weston looks a little concerned...
