Well, it has been an interesting day. It didn't start out well, as Luke woke up throwing a fit (undoubtedly due to a combination of his first molar coming through and the onset of a bad hair day - see pictures below).
But his demeanor soon took an upswing once KU started mopping the floor with Missouri. Luke cheered the Jayhawks on to a 90-65 victory while wearing his new Sherron Collins #4 jersey we bought for him in Lawrence last weekend. He's really excited to experience his second March Madness as is hoping it will end as well as it did last year...
Oh Luke you are quite the character! I'm glad to see your parents are bringing you up right by becoming a Jayhawk fan! Keep wearing that jersey, from one Chicago boy to another. Might want to work on the hair tho.
ReplyDeletethat last picture reminds me of your old man playing defense.
ReplyDeleteI think you need a little hair gel sport! You're still the cutest little boy ever.
ReplyDeleteYou sure are a cute little Jayhawk. Everybody has a bad hair day once in a while. Grandma and Grandpa G. send you lots of love and kisses.
ReplyDeleteYou look great in your jersey! Too bad you and I both decided to nap for most of the game! See you soon.
